Prerequisite: Enrolled in the first year of the IB Language B course

These semester culture courses are designed to expose the student to the diversity of the cultures of French, German, or Spanish speaking countries.

Students will explore the geography, history, music, dance, literature, art, architecture and cuisines of these areas. Students will participate in a variety of projects that will include presentations and oral discussions. The exploration started in the grade nine-culture class is expanded with discussions held in the target language. There is a workbook and novel fee.
