The IA's French Honors Society encourages French conversation and immersion in French culture; monthly French events range from "La Petanque" competitions and French-themed scavenger hunts to crepe nights and ice skating. FHS holds two meetings per month - the first is a general meeting held on the first Tuesday of every month in room 108, while the second is the designated event for the month. To be eligible for induction, FHS members much be in their sophomore year or above, have at least a 3.7 GPA in French and have been a regular attendee (missing no more than two general meetings and two activities overall)
