DIANNE VIBBERT - COUNSELING SECRETARY
- Counseling secretary – schedules appointments with counselors,
parent/teacher meetings, processes college applications, honors
convocation, generates and maintains counseling office forms, support
for Counseling programs, National Merit Scholars process
- Academic Records secretary – processes grade changes, maintains
academic records and standardized test records, provides copies
of report cards and transcripts upon request, distributes semester
report cards to home high schools, tracks completion of graduation
requirements
